We offer a collection service for all electrical appliances and cookers. This includes all electric items that are larger than a small microwave oven.
There is a special service for all electrical appliances like; fridges, freezers, televisions, cookers and computer monitors. A fixed charge of £20 per item is required for this service.
All collections must be pre-booked. Collection of electrical appliances is generally on a Monday and a firm collection date will be provided, when you place your order.

Alternatively you can dispose of the items free of charge by taking them to a household waste recycling centres at Flusco, near Penrith or Hobson Lane, Kirkby Stephen.
Electric Appliance Re-use
If you have an unwanted washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, fridge freezer, freezer, cooker, or microwave in reasonable condition which could be reused contact Impact Furniture Services at Penrith they may be able to pick it up free of charge.
