Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Scrutiny Committee will be held on Thursday 6 May 2004, at the Town Hall, Penrith, at the rising of the Resources Committee or at 7.35pm whichever is the later.

1. Election of Chairman

To elect a Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee for the 2004-2005 Municipal Year.

2. Appointment of Vice-Chairman

To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee for the 2004-2005 Municipal Year.

3. Apologies for Absence

4. Work Plan Topics

To nominate three Members of the Scrutiny Committee to sit on a sub-group to consider work plan topics for 2005/06

5. Any Other Items which the Chairman decides are urgent.
