Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Freedom of Information Appeal Panel will be held at 10.00am on Friday 21 October 2005 in the meeting Room, Corney Square, Penrith.

1. Election of Chairman

To elect a Chairman for the meeting.

2. Exclusion of Press and Public

To consider whether, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, members of the public (including the press) should be excluded from the meeting during discussion of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs (numbers here) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
