Notice of intention to conduct business in private at the Executive meeting on 6 November 2012. Under the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) Regulations 2012.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Paragraph 5 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that the following item is likely to be considered in private:

Report Title: Asset Management

To consider report CLS83/12 of the Director of Corporate and Legal Services relating to the use and potential disposal of certain of the Council’s land holdings. The reason that the item is likely to be considered in private is that it will involve the disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972: (3) Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding the information) It is intended that a report on Asset Management will be considered in public and only those additional aspects relating to potential disposals and the interest of other parties will be considered in private. Should you wish to make any representations in relation to the meeting being held in private for the consideration of the above item you should put your representations in writing and send to:
