Communities Portfolio Agenda: 22 March 2012

A meeting is to be held with Officers at 3.30pm, on Thursday, 22 March 2012, in the Executive Office, Town Hall, Penrith to consider the following matters:

1. Declarations of Interest

To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any personal interests and/or personal interests which are prejudicial in any matter to be considered during the meeting.

2. Community Fund - Application Decisions

To consider report CD24/12 of the Communities Director (PDF: 912 Kb / 109 pages) which outlines the applications that have been received requesting financial support from Eden District Council’s Community Fund.

RECOMMENDATION that Communities Portfolio Holder considers and makes a decision on each of the applications received with reference to the assessment criteria.

3. Grants to Individuals

To consider report CD22/12 of the Communities Director which outlines the applications for financial assistance that have been received.

RECOMMENDATION that the Communities Portfolio Holder considers and makes a decision on each of the applications received.
