Reasons for Decision |
The new Leisure Contractor has provided the proposed Fees and Charges as its suggested Fees and Charges for 2012 to 2013, these are seen as being reasonable and should be accepted.
The Concessions as outlined in report CD5/12 are welcomed as they encourage use by sectors of the community who may currently find it difficult to access the facilities. However, as there may be practical reasons why amendments may need to be made prior to implementation in April 2012, delegated authority to the Communities Director is sought in order that the final details of the Fees and Charges can be agreed during the period leading to the 1 April commencement date of the new Leisure Management Contract. |
