Reasons for Decision There are 17 posts that currently have a MFS. These MFS are due to expire on 31 March 2011. A new MFS scheme is being drawn up and it is intended that this will be in place prior to 30 June 2011. Extending the existing MFS until this date would enable them to be considered under the new scheme.
