Authority is given for Eden District Council to become the Accountable Body for this project; to accept the offer of funding on behalf of the Vitality of Penrith; and proceed with implementation of the project the main elements of which are:
a) Promotion of a Business Improvement District for Penrith
b) Delivery of Business Training in Penrith
c) Marketing of Penrith to include: Signage (advertising virtues of Penrith on its Coast to Coast route boundaries): A Farmers market and support for events plus erection of Cycle Storage lockers.
