b) Reconfirm the adoption of the North Pennines AONB Planning Guidelines and Building Design Guide as Supplementary Planning Documents; and c) Agree that the necessary notification and adoption procedure is carried out in conformity with Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 regulations (as amended by Regulations in 2008). |
