The North Pennines AONB Planning Guidelines and Building Design Guide are adopted as Supplementary Planning Documents. The necessary notification and adoption procedure are carried out in conformity with Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 regulations (as amended by Regulations in 2008). |
