a)  The Leader approves the Council’s role as project applicant in the ‘Learning from the Big Society’ NWIEP funded project and authorises the acceptance of the funding from the Partnership subject to its terms and conditions.

b)  The Leader approves the direct appointment of ACT as project deliverers on behalf of the council without seeking alternative quotations as the services to be provided are required to be carried out as a matter of urgency and in view of ACT’s involvement in the Big Society initiative in Eden.
