HRA/13/8/11 Apologies for Absence

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors K Beaty, Mrs L Grisedale, T Ladhams and G Nicolson.

HRA/14/8/11 Declarations of Interest

There were no declarations of interest made at the meeting.

HRA/15/8/11 Minutes

The minutes HRA/1/6/11 to HRA/7/6/11 of the meeting of this Committee held on 12 July 2011 were approved as a correct record of those proceedings.

HRA/16/8/11 Exclusion Of Press and Public

RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, members of the public (including the press) be excluded from the meeting during discussion of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 to Schedule 12A of the Act.

The following minute HRA/17/8/11 contains exempt information as described in the relevant paragraph of Part 1 to Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and is excluded from this document by virtue of Section 100A of the Act. Below is a summary of these proceedings.

Management of Succession: Voluntary Redundancy Applications (HRA/17/8/11)(Exclusion Paragraph No 1)

The Committee considered report CLS37/11 of the Interim Chief Executive which asked Members to consider applications for voluntary redundancy from staff in the light of the Management of Succession proposals.

The Committee approved the recommendations.
