Human Resources and Appeals Sub Committee Agenda: 2-3 February 2011

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Human Resources and Appeals Sub-Committee will be held at 2.00pm on 2 February 2011 at the Cumbria Rural Enterprise Agency, Redhills, Penrith and at 6pm at the Town Hall, Penrith and at 10.00am on 3 February 2011 at the Cumbria Rural Enterprise Agency, Redhills, Penrith.

3. Exclusion of Press and Public

To consider whether, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, members of the public (including the press) should be excluded from the meeting during discussion of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 to Schedule 12A of the Act.
