Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Human Resources and Appeals Committee will be held at 1.30pm on 12 July 2011 at the Town Hall, Penrith.

To sign the Minutes HRA/1/6/11 to HRA/7/6/11 of the meeting of this Committee held on 27 June 2011 as a correct record of those proceedings (copied previously circulated)

3. Declarations of Interest

To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any personal interests and/or personal interests which are prejudicial in any matter to be considered during the meeting.

4. Exclusion of Press and Public

To consider whether, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, members of the public (including the press) should be excluded from the meeting during discussion of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 to Schedule 12A of the Act.
