|
Reasons for Decision |
The recycling compound is now almost 17 years old and in need of repair. The tarmac hardstanding has become broken and very uneven and the fence has become warped and rotten. If the site is to continue to benefit the residents of Pooley Bridge and surrounding areas, the compound will need to be refurbished. |
