Authorisation is given to the Director of Technical Services to work with the Carleton Park Development Group in an advisory capacity, to develop the options for a pitch drainage scheme on Carleton Park, Oak Road, Penrith. The Council will work with them to ensure that the Group has a constitution and an appropriate safeguarding policy if required. |
