A meeting is to be held with Officers at 4.00pm, on Monday, 24 May 2010, in the office of the Director of Finance, Town Hall, Penrith, to consider the following matters:

To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any personal interests and/or personal interests which are prejudicial in any matter to be considered during the meeting.

The following matters will be considered in private, as the reports contain exempt information and should be treated as Part II committee reports on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information, as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part I, of Schedule 12A, to the Local Government Act.
