A meeting is to be held with Officers at 4pm, on Tuesday, 16
February 2010, in the office of the Director of Finance, Town Hall, Penrith,
to consider the following matters:
1. Declarations of Interest
To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any personal interests
and/or personal interests which are prejudicial in any matter to be considered
during the meeting.
2. Procurement Strategy
To consider the attached
report of the Director of Finance (PDF: 300 Kb / 20 pages).
Reports Considered in Private
The following matter will be considered
in private as the report contains exempt information and should be treated as a
Part II Committee Report on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure
of exempt information as defined in Paragraph3 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the
Local Government Act.
3. Contract Management
To consider the report of the Director of Technical Services.
