To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any personal interests and/or personal interests which are prejudicial in any matter to be considered during the meeting.

2.       Procurement Strategy

The following matter will be considered in private as the report contains exempt information and should be treated as a Part II Committee Report on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph3 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act.
