Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Human Resources and Appeals Panel will be held at 2pm on Thursday, 4 February 2010 at the Town Hall, Penrith.

1. Apologies for Absence

2. Declarations of Interest/Party Whip

To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any personal interests and/or personal interests which are prejudicial in any matter to be considered during the meeting.

3. Exclusion of Press and Public

To consider whether, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, members of the public (including the press) should be excluded from the meeting during discussion of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 to Schedule 12A of the Act.
