Reasons for Decision It is proposed that the homelessness funding continues to be spent on the project and initiatives that are having a positive impact on homelessness in the district, with the addition of some new projects for 2010-11.  This will assist the Council to maintain the reduction in homelessness presentations, use of temporary accommodation and associated costs.
