Reasons for Decision The Service Plans meet the requirements of the Food Standards Agency and the Health and Safety Executive. The Service Plans set out how the Council will deliver the food service and the health and safety service during 2010-2011 and specify the targets for the year.  They also provide a review of performance against 2009-2010 targets.  With the exception of a slight shortfall against the target for responding to 100% of service requests within five working days, where the actual achievement was 98.5% all targets for 2009-10 were met.
