Reasons for Decision By entering into a Management Arrangement with the Lazonby Community Playground Committee then this will secure the long term maintenance of the play facilities.

To enable the Council to contribute to the provision of play facilities without increasing its core expenditure.

Resolving the maintenance responsibilities will allow the Council to install a project within its Playbuilder portfolio within the required timescales.
