HCp/1/6/09  Apologies for Absence

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors J Nicholson, Mrs S Orchard and Mrs A D Richardson.

HCp/2/6/09  Appointment of Vice-Chairman

RESOLVED that Councillor H Sawrey-Cookson be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Housing and Community Panel for the 2009/2010 municipal year.

HCp/3/6/09  Nominations to the Budget Review Task and Finish Group

RESOLVED that:

  1. Councillor Eyles be appointed to the Budget Review Task and Finish Group; and
  2. Councillor Simpson approach Councillor J Nicholson to see if he would be interested in sitting on the Group.

The Chairman considered that the following item should be considered as a matter of urgency because a delay of one committee cycle would not be in the best interests of the efficient operation of the service.

HCp/4/6/09  Street Level Service Operatives - Task and Finish Group

RESOLVED that Councillors Mrs L Grisedale and W Patterson be appointed to the Task and Finish Group looking at Street level Service Operatives.
