Eden District Council is responsible for the
conduct of District and Parish elections within Eden, Parliamentary
elections for the Penrith and the Border Constituency and European
Parliamentary elections for the Eden District portion of the North
West Region. It also organises elections for the Eden portion of
Cumbria County Council.
The Register of Electors is compiled annually in
October, based on a "qualification date" of 15 October. The
register comes in to force on 1 December. You may now also submit a
claim for inclusion if you move during the year - "rolling
registration".
