Community Websites Project
The Community websites project pilot aimed at providing community, voluntary and not-for-profit groups is now up and running. The project aims to provide a limited number of webpages for groups to promote their activities, events, job vacancies etc. The Council received various enquiries, four of which were chosen for the project. The applicants represented a cross section of the community promoting village, town, age and activity in Eden, their websites are as follows:
Each applicant provided copy, illustrations and documents to be linked to their pages and intend to update the information on a regular basis. We extend our thanks to those organisations who put their names forward for inclusion in this exciting project.
