A Green Eden is a new project based exclusively in East Cumbria which will support businesses in and around the Eden Valley to develop a wide-ranging programme of low impact, responsible tourism activity.
The project will aim to:

Support tourism businesses in the Eden Valley to help improve their environmental practices

Facilitate the creation of low impact holidays, based around Eden's unique attributes

Develop the infrastructure of the area to encourage low impact activities such as walking and cycling

Promote the new range of offers under one co-ordinated marketing campaign: ‘A Green Eden’
