Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is the stratigic economic development organisation for Cumbria.
The LEP's roll and function is to provides a strategic lead in all activities contributing to the growth and vibrancy of the county’s economy and where appropriate takes positive action, using the skills, capabilities and networks of the LEP partners.
We are represented on the LEP board by joining with Carlisle City Council, currently the representative is Councillor Mike Mitchelson from Carlisle City Council.
