If an arrangement fails or is not offered the
recovery team can consider sending a customers case to the bailiff.
Before doing so the customer is sent a letter (PDF: 18Kb /
pages) warning them that the debt will be sent to the bailiff
in 14 days.
It includes an option to make an arrangement.
Accompanying the letter is a schedule of costs -
(PDF: 24Kb / pages) should the case be dealt with by the
bailiffs.
Once the case has been passed to the bailiff it
is rare we will become involved again.
