The statutory provisions covering the
enforcement of the Business Rate are contained in the
Non
Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement Regulations
1989).
The Recovery and Enforcement Section begin their
role in the collection of the Business Rate when any liable person
or business fails to pay the amount due on a reminder or final
