The limit for the challenge reason has been increased to 5000 characters (approx 1000 words). We will investigate similar limits on all our forms and increase where we think they are possibly too low.

Although the payments were secure, this was hidden by the fact that we used frames to display the forms. We have stopped doing that now and the secure nature is clearly visible.
